Notice is hereby given that the City of Cherokee will receive sealed bids in the office of the City Clerk, 112 N. Grand, City of Cherokee, Cherokee, OK 73728 until 10:30 AM Local Time on May 20th, 2021. Said bids will be opened immediately thereafter for:

Bids shall be made in accordance with the Solicitation for Bids, Information to Bidders, Plans and Specifications and Bidder’s Proposal, which are on file and available for examination at the Office of the City Clerk in City Hall, Cherokee, Oklahoma and are made a part of this notice as though fully set forth herein and a copy of which may be obtained from CEC Corporation, 4555 West Memorial Road, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73142, Telephone 405-753-4200. A PDF of said bid documents shall be obtained from CEC Corporation. Hard copies will not be provided. A non-refundable payment of $25.00 per set will be required. Payment shall be by cash or check made payable to CEC Corporation. Bids filed with the City Clerk shall be publicly opened and considered by the City at the time stated above. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the bid or proposal form.
